My boyfriend and I been part of Waterford West apartment for three years. This property is affordable and great location. It's close to all major highways!! What I want to rave about is the management team and maintenance team. Everyone is so helpful and professional. Being is service industry myself, I understand how it can be challenging at times but overall everyone keeps their promise and work through any situation it may arise!!

Online Maintenance request is great and the staff would resolve it next day. I been living here almost 4 years. It is a safe area. A short 3 min walk to a strip mall, it has fast food, BBQ, bank and library.
