Best Place to Live!
I've only been here a short time, but I already know I've made the right choice in choosing to live at Waterford ... West. The staff that answers the phones are always super prompt, respectful, and beyond helpful (especially Lexi!), and I cannot rave enough about the exceptional maintenance staff. Rob, the maintenance manager, is beyond quick and efficient when it comes to addressing and resolving any and all maintenance issues, and the other maintenance team members are equally as reliable and kind. The staff here genuinely has your best interests in mind, and I'm so glad I decided to live here! I thoroughly enjoy the location, my neighbors, the staff, everything! My boyfriend and I been part of Waterford West apartment for three years. This property is affordable and great location. It's close to all major highways!! What I want to rave about is the management team and maintenance team. Everyone is so helpful and professional. Being is service industry myself, I understand how it can be challenging at times but overall everyone keeps their promise and work through any situation it may arise!!

There is ample parking within the apartment. around the apartment is kept clean always. its accessible from different routes and shopping centers are within ease reach

Very satisfied good location maintence great office staff very helpful and nice I plan on staying here for as long as I'm able. They gave me a first-floor apartment because I am disabled I've been here total after 3 years now

Reasonable rate and good community, nice staff and good manager. Community events are good with friendly staff. Nice gym with more equipment with 24/7, clean community with best staff. I recommend to my friends

Online Maintenance request is great and the staff would resolve it next day. I been living here almost 4 years. It is a safe area. A short 3 min walk to a strip mall, it has fast food, BBQ, bank and library.
